Jennifer Miller
Owner, President
Jennifer has been a business leader in the promotional products industry for over 20 years.
Over the course of her career, with a specialization in product sourcing, she’s had the opportunity to oversee operations on both the supplier and distribution sides of the business.
She became the sole owner of Panoptic Promo in 2015, and in her spare time, Jenn loves to host and entertain, travel, and just chill out with the pups.
Jack Miller
Co-Owner, Operator
Jack joined the Panoptic Team in 2020, pivoting from a successful 12-year career in the Vacation Ownership industry.
A New England native, Jack graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 2000. He specializes in curating luxury apparel brands for clients, and high-end corporate gifting.
Aside from taking trips with his son and his Dad and hanging out with his dogs, Maximus and Cindy Lou, Jack’s passions include playing golf, traveling, and cheering for the Patriots, Bruins, and Red Sox.
Riley
Project Support Specialist
Riley joined the Panoptic team in July 2025 following a successful four-year career as a Paralegal specializing in VA disability benefits.
Riley graduated from Rhode Island College in 2021 with a degree in Political Science. As our Project Support Specialist, he assists with multiple aspects of Panoptic’s day-to-day operations.
In his free time, Riley enjoys playing golf, volleyball, traveling, as well as cheering for the Bruins, Celtics, and Patriots. He lives in Providence, RI.
