Most products have only a 10-15 day production time after artwork has been approved. This may fluctuate based on supply/demand.

MOQs vary from item to item.
Typically, items with lower price points have higher minimum requirements from our suppliers. However, there are plenty of items, such as some of our apparel, that have minimums as low as ONE piece.

You can email your logo directly to us when you place your order. Vector artwork is required for all orders. And yes, if necessary, we can help you convert it.

Before anything goes into full production, we share digital proofs with all of our clients.

Shipping will be included on your invoice. We work with all major shipping companies, and will always do everything we can to keep costs manageable.
