How long does it take to receive my order?

Most products have only a 10-15 day production time after artwork has been approved. This may fluctuate based on supply/demand.

What is the minimum order quantity for your products?

MOQs vary from item to item.

Typically, items with lower price points have higher minimum requirements from our suppliers. However, there are plenty of items, such as some of our apparel, that have minimums as low as ONE piece.

When should I send my logo, and in what format?

You can email your logo directly to us when you place your order. Vector artwork is required for all orders. And yes, if necessary, we can help you convert it.

How can I be sure my logo will look exactly the way I want it?

Before anything goes into full production, we share digital proofs with all of our clients.
Nothing gets printed until you say GO!

How does shipping work?

Shipping will be included on your invoice. We work with all major shipping companies, and will always do everything we can to keep costs manageable.

No problem! At Panoptic, we provide a concierge-style service with a short chain of command, and would LOVE to help you narrow down your choices.

As long as you have an approximate budget, quantity, and in-hands date, we will gladly provide recommendations in any product category until you find something that you love.

Yes! Contact us right now. Not all products are eligible for rush, but in most cases, we will work tirelessly to find you a solution. Some products can even be completed and shipped in as little as 24 hours.
